If you need the Organization Validation it’s more important to have than the Domain Validation is important because it signifies a symbol of trust and authenticity.
Most People Would Use Domain Validation
You are likely to use Domain Validation unless otherwise read to use a stronger SSL which might revolve around business related. You are likely to have the right SSL certificate being included in your hosting if the hosting service you are buying fits your needs.
Shared hosting is simple and if that’s your interest then it’s going to have what’s right for you. Dedicated hosting describes something different where your needs might be different. And dedicated hosting costs more so you’d most certainly have a better idea if you are getting better than the base package for hosting your website.
