(I don’t have a product though) (I’d want to have a classiness that let’s me monetize without the many weeks of planning and preparing so I can set something up) (I’ve tried paid advertising and I am so bad at it never to think it’s my answer).
You’ve got to have something if you’re using advertising and want it to be to end up selling something.
I’d be selling and information product I created about 4 or 5 years into the future about the success I had leading up to it. (I’m 3 months in). If ads cost $1 per click and I sold 5% of the time then I’d have to sell the product for $20 minimum (5 sales in 100 makes $100). To break even. To make money I’d sell for $25 (5 out of 100 means $125) or $40 (5 out of 100 means $200).
And having $40 worth of a product that I can sell 5% of the time is just absurd for me.
And it’s not an unrealistic that possibly you’d convert more than 2%. When that means the price has to be $50 an ebook. That considering if I owe nothing extra to anybody else and have only what I needed for myself. (Which would be to break even in this example). And…
I won’t be able to make that product till I way better understand the success. Which I’d get. Maybe eventually but the better you’re product is made by you the less you’d expect the cost to be in order to be providing value. I don’t want to sell an e-product for more than $25 so it may as well be impossible.
Advertising Paid Traffic Summary
You can still make and sell products where you don’t have to pay for advertising but then you have to deal with what you get. Naturally endlessly many visitors who have a likelihood of being meaning to buy would be ideal.
Note: With an idea good enough that’s similar to what paid advertising traffic might feel like to imagine and to put into motion. You could spend 5k and end up with 10k when eventually it seems like a dream which actually can usually be limited. (not enough money to start and not enough vendors for the ads)
